1. Who provides the app
Gate Militia is provided under the publishing and trading name Optygate (“we”, “us” and “our”). Optygate is operated by an individual developer.

These terms concern this consumer Android app and its related connected features. They do not incorporate Optygate’s agency-service terms. The product description and Google Play checkout information form part of the information for your purchase. These terms do not retrospectively remove rights or benefits from earlier purchases. Where acceptance or specific consent is required, simply visiting this page does not provide it. You can save or print this page using your browser.
2. Licence and permitted use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use Gate Militia on compatible Android devices you control, subject to these terms and applicable Google Play rules. We and our licensors retain intellectual property rights in the app and its original content. Your statutory rights, and any rights in your own content, remain yours.
Use the app lawfully. Do not exploit security flaws, tamper with purchase or reward records, cheat in rankings, impersonate another person, distribute malicious material, or interfere with connected services. Do not copy or redistribute our protected content or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it. These restrictions do not prevent lawful security research, interoperability, accessibility use, or exercising consumer rights.
If you cannot enter a binding contract because of your age, involve your parent or legal guardian as required by local law. Purchases require the permission of the person responsible for the payment account. Device compatibility and any age rating are shown on Google Play; connected features also need a supported app version, the relevant Google services and an internet connection.
3. Free play, purchases and delivery
Gate Militia is free to download and its current ad-free versions have no advertising for any player. Optional Google Play purchases include Valor and Coin packs, a one-time Starter Pack and a one-time Commander Pack. The contents and local price are shown before checkout. These are fixed-content purchases, not paid random rewards. No purchase is needed to remove ads in the ad-free game.
Google Play processes payment. A purchase is delivered after its completed payment and ownership can be verified. A pending or cancelled payment does not deliver items. Network or verification problems may delay delivery; reopening the app, returning online or using Restore Purchases can resume supported recovery. Contact us if delivery remains unresolved rather than buying the same item again to correct it.
The game creates a pseudonymous account for connected features. Guest purchases are supported; Play Games sign-in is not a general requirement to buy. However, purchases need internet access and working Play and account-verification services. A linked Play Games identity and the correct Google Play purchasing account help recover supported access after changing devices or reinstalling.
4. Restoration and progress recovery
Use Settings, Restore Purchases, with the Google Play account used to buy and the same linked game identity where applicable. Supported retained ownership, including eligible Starter Pack and Commander Pack ownership, can be restored from verified purchase evidence. Original currency and one-time bonuses are delivered once. Restoration does not refill spent packs or award a second bonus.
Google Play does not provide a complete history of already-consumed currency packs to the app. Server records, receipt evidence and surviving local records may be needed. Historical or conflicting records can require support review. If a guest installation loses app data without a recoverable link, full progress or consumable recovery may not be possible. Keep your order confirmations and connect Play Games before removing app data when possible.
Optional Play Games cloud progress synchronises selected progression and reward markers, not every local field or a live run. Purchase and financial recovery use separate verification and wallet records. An old cloud snapshot is not authority to replace a verified wallet or repeat a paid grant. Offline or simultaneous play on multiple devices can leave unsynchronised progress; do not treat cloud progress as a complete backup.
5. Currency, packs and historical Remove Ads
Coins, Valor, skins and other virtual benefits are licensed for use within Gate Militia. They are not money, deposits or an investment, cannot be redeemed for cash through the game, and cannot be sold or transferred between accounts through an unsupported market. This does not limit a refund or compensation required by law. Current purchased wallet currency has no scheduled time-based expiry.
“One-time” or retained pack ownership means the specific purchased benefit for this game, with the stated original grant delivered once. It does not mean unlimited currency, repeated currency on reinstall, ownership of the software, or an unconditional promise of perpetual online services. Any service change remains subject to the protections below.
The historical Remove Ads product is closed to new purchases. Legitimate historical ownership and interrupted delivery of its original bonus remain supported where verifiable. Bonuses already delivered are not repeated. Historical ownership is unnecessary for ad-free gameplay, and a refund does not switch advertising back on.
6. Refund adjustments and currency shortfalls
If Google Play confirms that a purchase was refunded, voided or revoked, we may remove only the access or benefit supplied by that purchase, preserving any independent valid entitlement. For eligible transactions with reliable receipt-linked evidence, the original currency grant may be reversed once. Historical, ambiguous or unsupported partial-refund records require review rather than an arbitrary deduction.
If that currency has already been spent, completed currency-funded upgrades and cosmetic purchases are retained, and the shortfall can appear as a negative balance for the affected currency. Future earnings or pack credits first repay that shortfall; surplus is immediately usable. Spending restrictions apply to that currency. Two offline devices spending the same cached funds can also produce a reconciled shortfall. These are in-game balance adjustments, not a demand to pay us a real-money debt.
The Support Inbox and relevant purchase previews explain recovery adjustments. Ask support to review a missing, duplicate or incorrect adjustment. Reset Progress does not erase verified financial history or an outstanding in-game shortfall. Mandatory refund and consumer remedies remain available.
7. Privacy, resetting and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, Play Games, purchase verification, support, diagnostics, Firebase and Meta campaign measurement, including disclosures for older versions. These terms do not provide consent to tracking or replace any consent the law requires.
Reset Progress resets supported gameplay progression; it is not account erasure and preserves purchase and financial recovery records needed to prevent duplicate delivery. Clearing Android app data or uninstalling can remove unsynchronised local progress without deleting server or Google records. To request server data deletion, email support using the instructions in the Privacy Policy, including if you no longer have the app. Limited records may need to remain for lawful transaction, security, dispute and recordkeeping purposes. Google Play Games data has separate Google controls.
8. Refunds, remedies and withdrawal rights
Your mandatory consumer rights take priority. Digital content and services must meet applicable requirements, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for an agreed purpose. If something is not supplied or does not conform, you may be entitled to supply or correction without charge, a price reduction, termination or a refund, according to local law and the circumstances. We do not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You can request help from us or use Google Play’s refund process. A store decision does not remove a statutory claim against the responsible supplier. Please tell us if a purchase fails to arrive or a refund adjustment appears wrong. We will investigate using appropriate ownership and transaction evidence. We do not impose a blanket “no refunds” policy or require you to waive a legal remedy.
EEA and UK consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from qualifying distance contracts. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right can be lost when supply begins only if the applicable requirements are met, including your prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and the required contract confirmation. Reading these terms, using the free app, or contacting support is not that consent.
For digital services, different rules can apply: an express request to begin during the withdrawal period may permit a proportionate charge where the law allows, and loss of the right on full performance requires the applicable consent and acknowledgement. If the legal conditions for losing the right are not met, it remains available. Faulty or misdescribed content and service remedies remain separate from withdrawal.
To exercise an available withdrawal right, send us a clear statement by email or post using the contact details above before the applicable period ends. Identify the app, purchase and purchase date, your name and contact address, and, if available, the Google Play order reference. No special wording is required. You may also use Google Play’s available withdrawal process. We will arrange any reimbursement required by law, normally through the original payment method and within the applicable statutory period, without imposing a refund fee.
9. Changes, availability and ending use
We may provide updates to address security, compatibility, legal requirements, bugs and reasonable product improvements. We will provide updates and maintain conformity for the period required by law or the purchase contract. Free features and game balancing may evolve, but changes must not arbitrarily remove paid benefits or defeat your consumer rights. An offer for a future purchase may differ from what you already bought.
Where EEA digital-content rules apply to changes beyond those needed to maintain conformity, a change to an ongoing supply must have a valid reason under the contract and impose no additional cost. If it adversely affects access or use by more than a minor amount, you will receive advance information on a durable medium and may terminate free of charge within 30 days of the notice or the change, whichever is later, unless you can retain the unchanged conforming version without additional cost.
For material changes affecting paid access or an ongoing service, we will give clear advance notice in an appropriate form where required, explain the reason and timing, and provide any legally required option to keep the conforming version, end the affected contract or obtain a remedy. We will not treat a rewritten webpage as retroactive acceptance. Where consent is required, we will seek it. If a service is discontinued, we will address undelivered paid benefits and other remedies required by law.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict connected access for a serious breach, a genuine security risk or a legal requirement. Restrictions will be proportionate; where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow you to resolve the issue or challenge a mistake through support. Urgent protective action may be necessary first. Exercising refund, withdrawal, complaint or data-protection rights is not itself a breach.
Software, networks and third-party services can have interruptions. We remain responsible to the extent required by law for our obligations, foreseeable loss caused by a breach, and legally required remedies. These terms do not promise uninterrupted connectivity or recovery of every unsynchronised local change, and they do not disclaim responsibility where such a disclaimer would be unlawful.
10. Support, complaints and applicable law
Contact dev@optygate.com, or use the phone or postal address above, for Gate Militia support, a purchase problem or a complaint. Explain the issue and the remedy you seek. A Google Play order reference and app version can help; never send payment-card details, passwords or sign-in tokens. We may reasonably verify account ownership before changing an account or disclosing records.
We will consider complaints fairly and explain the outcome. You may also contact Google Play about its payment services, seek help from your local consumer body, use an available dispute-resolution process, or bring a claim before a competent court. You do not have to complete our support process before exercising a legal right.
The mandatory consumer protections and court-access rights that apply where you habitually live remain available, including in the EEA and UK. These terms do not require exclusive litigation in the United Arab Emirates, compulsory arbitration, or waiver of collective or statutory remedies. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining terms apply only so far as they remain fair and lawful.
